Opinions About Each Other
As an ENFJ (protagonist), when encountering another ENFJ, there is a strong sense of resonance. It is a collision of thoughts and passion; we understand each other’s values, life goals, and our desire for the world. We all hope to make the world a better place, place high importance on interpersonal relationships, and excel at inspiring and supporting others.
Interacting with another ENFJ feels like conversing with a mirror. We can easily understand each other’s emotions, share our dreams, and jointly formulate plans to make the world a better place. We encourage each other to pursue our dreams courageously and support one another in times of difficulty; such a connection is very profound.
However, when two ENFJs are together, challenges may also arise. First, we both want to take care of others, but when both try to be the 'caretaker' in the relationship, our own needs might be neglected. We tend to put our own problems on the back burner and focus too much on the other’s happiness, which can lead to being overly emotionally involved—even to the point of feeling pressured.
Furthermore, we all desire to influence others and drive change, but when two ENFJs are together, a sense of competition may arise, and we might even try to persuade the other to accept our own viewpoints. If both insist too much on their own ideas, it may lead to conflicts in communication.
Overall, two ENFJs together form a dynamic pairing whose passion and kindness make the relationship vibrant. However, we need to learn to take care of ourselves while caring for others, and to understand each other with an open mind when opinions differ.
